You've worked so hard putting that cover letter and resume together...only to receive a rejection letter. And that's if you're lucky, because usually you hear nothing back. We get it. We are frustrated as well.

The function is not available anymore
We find it really annoying when companies leave up job postings even though the position has already been filled. It just feels like all that effort you spent towards the application was a complete waste of time.
